Universidad de Otavalo.https://repositorio.uotavalo.edu.ec/handle/52000/1493El presente trabajo, analiza las disposiciones establecidas en los artículos 19 y 20 de la Ley Orgánica de Apoyo Humanitario para combatir la crisis sanitaria derivada del Covid-19, demostrando además que se vulnera el principio de progresividad y la prohibición de regresividad; transgrediendo derechos de los trabajadores, siendo el más importante el pleno empleo; aquel que comprende el derecho a una remuneración justa, entre otros. En este contexto, la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, garantiza a las personas el derecho al trabajo, caracterizándolo además como la base de la economía familiar. Ahora bien, dentro de esta investigación también se observará la situación laboral actual, por tratarse de un importante tema y de carácter social; analizando los principios establecidos en materia laboral y, el auge en el que se encuentran los derechos de los trabajadores.This work analyzes the provisions established in articles 19 and 20 of the Organic Law of Humanitarian Support to combat the health crisis derived from Covid-19, also showing that the principle of progressivity and the prohibition of regression are violated; violating workers' rights, the most important being full employment; one that includes the right to fair remuneration, among others. In this context, the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador guarantees people the right to work, also characterizing it as the basis of the family economy. However, within this research the current employment situation will also be observed, as it is an important issue and of a social nature; analyzing the principles established in labor matters and the boom in which workers' rights are found.INDICE Pág.
