Siendo que la problemática se relaciona con las inadecuadas ‘medidas que garanticen’ un adecuado resarcimiento de las víctimas. La metodología utilizada mixta con la utilización de métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos basados en la técnica cualitativa del cuestionario y las estadísticas nacionales emitidas por el Consejo de la Judicatura de corte cuantitativo. Siendo que los datos plasmados en la presente investigación dieron como resultado incidencias que deben ser mejoradas a la hora de garantizar el resarcimiento integral de la violación propiciada por los victimarios de RI-SPDV.To identify the current situation of the RI-SPDV hereinafter "right of integral reparation of the subject harmed by the harmful crime of rape with violence" in the stage before or after the judicial sentence understood as restorative justice of reparation or ''integral RISPDV'' by means of. Being that the problem is related to the inadequate 'measures that guarantee' an adequate compensation to the victims. The methodology used is a mixed one with the use of quantitative and qualitative methods based on the qualitative technique of the questionnaire and the national statistics issued by the Council of the Judiciary of quantitative cut.
