Due to the pandemic, the calls and collection of minutes could not be carried out for which it was necessary to postpone the project to a second phase to achieve the legal constitution of this association. With this background, it is necessary to cover all professionals in the social branch so that they can train, support and strengthen their knowledge and skills, as well as define your professional profile and ensure that certain labor aspects are exclusively responsibility of this branch, whose definition will be given by this guild in its regulations and statutesEn la provincia de Imbabura, y en el país, existen muchos gremios que acogen a profesionales los cuales tienen garantizados varios aspectos participativos al estar representados legalmente, razón por la cual cuentan con voz y voto en diversas plataformas sociales. Es fundamental que el profesional en la rama de la gestión en desarrollo social pueda promover contribuir a la sociedad de mayor forma mediante una asocación de profesoinales que permita cumplir con programas de cooperación entre institucoines publicas privadas o comunitarias, para de esta manera fortalecer la corresponsabilidad social. Debido a la pandemia no se puedieron realizar las convocatorias y recolección de actas físicas por lo cual fue necesario aplazar el proyecto a una segunda fase para lograr la constitución jurídica de esta asociación.
