| Resumen : | El proyecto de vinculación Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo inicia en el mes de enero del año 2019 hasta noviembre del mismo año. La situación inicial del proyecto reflejaba dificultades en el manejo del archivo y en la distribución de los vinculantes, así como también el espacio físico no era idóneo para la atención requerida por los usuarios. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación descrita por lo que se ejecutó un Plan de Mejora para el funcionamiento del Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo, cuyas actividades consistieron en: 1. Distribución equitativa de estudiantes vinculantes por abogado del Consultorio Jurídico y asignación del docente tutor, con su monitoreo y seguimiento respectivo. 2. De acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos por la Defensoría Pública, se adecuo las instalaciones para cumplir con los estándares en su atención a grupos de atención prioritaria. 3. Se reestructuro el archivo activo y pasivo a fin de sistematizar la información de las causas, con el fin de obtener las estadísticas tanto en patrocinio como asesorías en las materias de Familia, Mujer. Niñez y Adolescencia y Violencia Intrafamiliar. 4. Se reasignó diversos casos a los estudiantes practicantes con el fin de dar seguimiento y un servicio de calidad. 5. Se elaboró una propuesta de reglamento donde se incluye los requisitos y atribuciones del personal que forma parte del Consultorio Jurídico, mismo que ha sido remitido a la comisión de Reglamentos de la Universidad de Otavalo. 6. Se realizaron campañas de difusión y capacitación de los servicios que brinda el Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo. Además se contrató un abogado adicional para y se amplió la infraestructura, con cubículos de trabajo individualizado por cada estudiante, así como también se garantizó en acceso universal para las personas discapacitadas, adecuando las ramplas, los basños y estableciendo mejores políticas de atención para los usuarios. |

| Descripción : | The linkage project Free Legal Clinic of the University of Otavalo It starts in the month of January of the year 2019 until November of the same year. A diagnosis of the situation described was made for what was executed an Improvement Plan for the operation of the Free Legal Clinic of the University of Otavalo, whose activities consisted of: 1. Childhood and Adolescence and Intrafamily Violence. 4. Several cases were reassigned to the student interns in order to follow up and quality service. 5. A proposed regulation was prepared that includes the requirements and attributions of the staff that is part of the Legal Clinic, which has been referred to the Regulations Commission of the University of Otavalo. 6. Dissemination and training campaigns were carried out on the services provided by the Free Legal Office of the University of Otavalo. In addition, an additional lawyer was hired for and the infrastructure was expanded, with individualized work cubicles for each student, as well as guaranteed in universal access for disabled people, adapting the ramps, the bathrooms and establishing better care policies for users. |
