| Resumen : | El proyecto de vinculación Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo inició en el mes de enero del año 2021 hasta noviembre del mismo año. Se tiene como antecedente la evaluación integral realizada por la Defensoría Pública y como resultado satisfactorio se ubica al consultorio en categoría "B" Acreditado, además para el mejoramiento continuo se elaboró un Plan de Mejora para el funcionamiento del Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo que se desarrolló en el año 2020, enmarcado en las actividades de gestión administrativa y el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje para los estudiantes vinculantes y practicantes, cuyas actividades consistieron en: 1. Distribución equitativa de estudiantes vinculantes y practicantes por el coordinador del Consultorio Jurídico y asignación del docente tutor, con su monitoreo y seguimiento respectivo. 2. De acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos por la Defensoría Pública, se cumplió con los estándares en su atención a grupos de atención prioritaria. 3. Se archivaron las causas activas y pasivas a fin de sistematizar la información de las causas, con el fin de obtener las estadísticas tanto en patrocinio como asesorías en las materias acreditadas por la Defensoría Pública. 4. Se reasignó diversos casos a los estudiantes practicantes con el fin de dar seguimiento y un servicio de calidad. 5. Se aplicó el reglamento del Consultorio Jurídico dando cumplimiento a las atribuciones del personal. 6. Se realizaron campañas de difusión y capacitación de los servicios que brinda el Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo. 7. Se desarrollaron seminarios, foros y cursos virtuales conjuntamente con la Defensoría Pública de Imbabura. 8. Se ha cumplido con los informes trimestrales solicitados por la Defensoría Pública para el mejoramiento continuo de las actividades del Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo, entre ellas se puede destacar la participación en la Red Cantonal de Protección de Derechos de Otavalo, temas de movilidad humana con ACNUR. |

| Descripción : | The linkage project Free Legal Clinic of the University of Otavalo It started in the month of January of the year 2021 until November of the same year. It has as antecedent the integral evaluation carried out by the Public Defender's Office and as a satisfactory result, the office is placed in category "B" Accredited, in addition to continuous improvement, an Improvement Plan was prepared for the operation of the Free Legal Office of the University of Otavalo that was developed in the year 2020, framed in the management activities administration and the teaching and learning process for binding students and practitioners, whose activities consisted of: 1. Equitable distribution of binding students and interns by the coordinator of the Legal office and assignment of the tutor teacher, with its monitoring and follow-up respective. 2. According to the parameters established by the Public Defender's Office, the standards in their attention to priority attention groups. 3. The active and passive causes were archived in order to systematize the information of the causes, in order to obtain statistics on both sponsorship and Advice on matters accredited by the Public Defender's Office. 4. Several cases were reassigned to the student interns in order to follow up and quality service. 5. The regulations of the Legal Office were applied, complying with the powers of the staff. 6. Dissemination and training campaigns were carried out on the services provided by the Free Legal Office of the University of Otavalo. 7. Seminars, forums and virtual courses were developed jointly with the Ombudsman Public of Imbabura. 8. The quarterly reports requested by the Public Defender's Office have been complied with to the continuous improvement of the activities of the Free Legal Clinic of the University of Otavalo, among them we can highlight the participation in the Cantonal Network Protection of Rights of Otavalo, issues of human mobility with UNHCR. |
