| Resumen : | El Proyecto de Observatorio Jurídico para la Prevención de Derechos Colectivos de la Universidad de Otavalo en el año 2020 se desarrolló de acuerdo a la planificación con los ajustes necesarios derivados de la Pandemia conocida como COVID 19 que obligó a reprogramas las actividades previamente aprobadas por la Dirección de Vinculación con la Sociedad. En este sentido se puede resumir de la siguiente forma: Para los semestres mayo a agosto y septiembre a diciembre, desarrolló un proceso formativo dirigido a los estudiantes vinculantes (Observadores) con la participación inicial de 92 estudiantes y 05 Docentes Tiempo completos de la carrera de Derecho. Dichos foros se detallan en los avances de proyecto que fueron cargados al sistema SIEGU junto a las evidencias correspondientes. Asi mismo, se destacan los módulos que integran las areas sustantivas de academia, vinculación hacia la investigación y el abordaje en el proceso de legalización de los barrios de Otavalo en conjunto con la carrera de Gestión Social que ha permitido mediante el apoyo de nuestros estudiantes solventar este tema jurídico y social de varias comunidades Otavaleñas. Del mismo modo y para fortalecer el desarrollo de Convenios con el Municipio GAD de Otavalo se realizó una participación con difusión a las Comunidades de Otavalo, relacionadas con la Jornada por la PAZ 2020 donde en trabajo de RED se mostraron resultados como los libros de Movilidad humana y COVID 19 esfuerzo de la carrera de Derecho desde la vinculación. Todas las actividades se encuentran articuladas desde la Planificación Nacional y Local en el POA Y PEDI y generan un alto impacto en el entorno de la Universidad de Otavalo junto al proyecto de Consultorio Jurídico. |

All activities are are articulated from the National and Local Planning in the POA and PEDI and They generate a high impact in the environment of the University of Otavalo together with the Legal Office project. |
