Due to the pandemic, the calls and collection of minutes could not be carried out for which it was necessary to postpone the project to a second phase to achieve the legal constitution of this association. | dc.description.abstract | En la provincia de Imbabura, y en el país, existen muchos gremios que acogen a profesionales los cuales tienen garantizados varios aspectos participativos al estar representados legalmente, razón por la cual cuentan con voz y voto en diversas plataformas sociales. Es fundamental que el profesional en la rama de la gestión en desarrollo social pueda promover contribuir a la sociedad de mayor forma mediante una asocación de profesoinales que permita cumplir con programas de cooperación entre institucoines publicas privadas o comunitarias, para de esta manera fortalecer la corresponsabilidad social. Debido a la pandemia no se puedieron realizar las convocatorias y recolección de actas físicas por lo cual fue necesario aplazar el proyecto a una segunda fase para lograr la constitución jurídica de esta asociación. Con este antecedente es necesario abarcar a todos los profesionales en la rama social para que puedan formarse, apoyarse y fortalecer sus conocimientos y aptitudes, así como definir su perfil profesional y garantizar que ciertos aspectos laborales sean de exclusiva responsabilidad de esta rama, cuya definición la tendrá este gremio en sus reglamentos y estatutos | es_ES |
