Resumen
El proyecto de vinculación Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo inicia
en el mes de enero del año 2018 hasta diciembre del mismo año. La situación inicial del
proyecto reflejaba dificultades en el manejo del archivo y en la distribución de los
vinculantes, así como también el espacio físico no era idóneo para la atención requerida por
los usuarios.
Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación descrita por lo que se ejecutó un Plan de Mejora
para el funcionamiento del Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo, cuyas
actividades consistieron en:
1. Distribución equitativa de estudiantes vinculantes por abogado del Consultorio Jurídico y
asignación del docente tutor, con su monitoreo y seguimiento respectivo.
2. De acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos por la Defensoría Pública, se adecuo las
instalaciones para cumplir con los estándares en su atención a grupos de atención
prioritaria.
3. Se reestructuro el archivo activo y pasivo a fin de sistematizar la información de las
causas, con el fin de obtener las estadísticas tanto en patrocinio como asesorías en las
materias de Familia, Mujer. Niñez y Adolescencia y Violencia Intrafamiliar.
4. Se reasignó diversos casos a los estudiantes practicantes con el fin de dar seguimiento y
un servicio de calidad.
5. Se elaboró una propuesta de reglamento donde se incluye los requisitos y atribuciones
del personal que forma parte del Consultorio Jurídico, mismo que ha sido remitido a la
comisión de Reglamentos de la Universidad de Otavalo.
6. Se realizaron campañas de difusión y capacitación de los servicios que brinda el
Consultorio Jurídico Gratuito de la Universidad de Otavalo.
Descripción
The Free Legal Clinic linkage project of the University of Otavalo begins
in the month of January of the year 2018 until December of the same year. The initial situation of
The project reflected difficulties in the management of the archive and in the distribution of the
binding, as well as the physical space was not suitable for the attention required by
the users.
A diagnosis of the situation described was made, for which an Improvement Plan was executed
for the operation of the Free Legal Clinic of the University of Otavalo, whose
activities consisted of:
1. Equitable distribution of binding students per Law Office attorney and
assignment of the tutor teacher, with its respective monitoring and follow-up.
2. According to the parameters established by the Public Defender's Office, the
facilities to comply with the standards in their attention to care groups
priority.
3. The active and passive file was restructured in order to systematize the information of the
causes, in order to obtain statistics both in sponsorship and advice in the
Family matters, Women. Childhood and Adolescence and Intrafamily Violence.
4. Various cases were reassigned to the student interns in order to monitor and
a quality service.
5. A proposed regulation was prepared that includes the requirements and attributions
of the staff that is part of the Legal Clinic, which has been referred to the
Regulations Commission of the University of Otavalo.
6. Dissemination and training campaigns were carried out on the services provided by the
Free Legal Office of the University of Otavalo.
