Manual administrativo y financiero para la empresa IMPORTEX JAKE en el cantón Otavalo, provincia de Imbabura

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación se enfoca en mejorar y promover el crecimiento de la empresa Importex Jake dedicada a la venta y distribución de materia prima textil, como telas y suministros, en dos puntos de venta a nivel cantonal. Este tipo de empresas desempeñan un papel crucial en el suministro de materiales para la producción y contribuyen al desarrollo económico de la región. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es desarrollar un Manual Administrativo y Financiero específicamente diseñado para la empresa Importex Jake. Este manual actúa como una herramienta orientativa que facilita la optimización de recursos y tiempo en la ejecución de las tareas cotidianas, además de contribuir al logro de los objetivos establecidos por la empresa. El diagnóstico del proyecto de investigación se efectúa aplicado los métodos de investigación como el método deductivo e inductivo, también aplicado las técnicas e instrumentos de investigación como la encuesta y la entrevista, de las cuales se obtiene información importante y eficiente que muestra el problema central en la organización. Como resultado, se busca compartir la filosofía empresarial con el personal de la importadora, con el objetivo de alinear a todos los empleados en una misma misión y visión, trabajando juntos hacia un objetivo común. Esto implica optimizar al máximo los recursos humanos, tecnológicos, económicos y materiales para evitar pérdidas de recursos y garantizar así la eficiencia y eficacia en las operaciones. Además, esta atención de calidad brindada a los clientes genera satisfacción en ellos. Todos estos factores positivos contribuyen al crecimiento productivo continuo de la empresa y al logro de sus metas empresariales.ABSTRACT The research project focuses on improving and promoting the growth of small businesses engaged in the sale and distribution of textile raw materials, such as fabrics and supplies, in various sales points nationwide. These companies play a crucial role in providing materials for the production and to contribute to the economic development of the region. The main objective of this project is to develop an Administrative and Financial Manual specifically designed for fabric importers. This manual acts as a guiding tool that helps the optimization of resources and time in the execution of daily tasks, in addition to contributing to the achievement of the objectives set by these companies. The diagnosis of the research project is carried out applying the research methods such as deductive and inductive method, also applying the research techniques and tools such as a survey and an interview, from which important and efficient information is obtained that shows the central problem in the organization. As a result, the aim is to share the business philosophy with the importer’s staff, with the objective of aligning all employees in the same mission and vision, working together towards a common goal. This involves optimizing the human, technological, economic and material resources to avoid loss of resources and thus, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the operations. Additionally, this quality attention provided to the customers generates satisfaction in them. All these positive factors contribute to the continuous productive growth of the company and the achievement of its business goals.
