Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar un modelo de Gestión Financiera para mejorar la competitividad de la empresa Green Gold, ubicada en el cantón Cayambe,
provincia de Pichincha, debido al mercado competitivo y cambiante que presenta y la poca rentabilidad que ha devengado. Se busca con el mismo el incremento de ingresos, disminución de gastos y mejorar la competitividad de la empresa del sector florícola. La metodología fue de enfoque mixto, de nivel descriptiva y de modalidad documental. Se empleó como herramientas de investigación la observación y entrevista, obteniendo información mixta apoyada con fuentes primarias de información. Los resultados señalan que la empresa carece de una planificación estratégica financiera por lo que no cuentan con objetivos ni procesos o modelos de gestión, evidenciando que todo se realiza de manera improvisada. El modelo de gestión financiera para Green Gold se enfocó en mejorar el desempeño financiero y asegurar el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa. Mediante objetivos estratégicos claros, políticas financieras y controles presupuestarios, se busca optimizar la eficiencia, reducir costos, mejorar la liquidez y fortalecer las relaciones con proveedores y clientes. Con un enfoque en la mejora continua y la responsabilidad financiera, la empresa está preparada para alcanzar sus metas y mantener su posición líder en la industria florícola.
The objective of this work may be to design a Financial Management model to improve the competitiveness of the Green Gold company, located in the Cayambe canton, Pichincha province, due to the competitive and changing market it presents and the low profitability it has earned. It seeks with it the increase in income, decrease in expenses and improve the competitiveness of the company in the floriculture sector. The methodology was mixed approach, descriptive level and documentary modality. Observation and interview were used as research tools, obtaining mixed information supported by primary sources of information. The results indicate that the company lacks financial strategic planning, so they do not have objectives or processes or management models, evidencing that everything is done improvised. The financial management model for Green Gold focused on improving financial performance and ensuring the sustainable growth of the company. Through clear strategic objectives, financial policies and budgetary controls, it seeks to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, improve liquidity and strengthen relationships with suppliers and customers. With a focus on continuous improvement and financial responsibility, the company is poised to achieve its goals and maintain its position as a leader in the flower industry.
