Resumen
La presente investigación se realizará trabajo documental ya que para la elaboración del
marco teórico se utilizará diversos documentos tanto físicos como virtuales, con la
finalidad de detallar de manera textual y teóricamente el problema a investigar,
Incongruencia en el delito de odio tipificado en el artículo 177 del Código Orgánico
Integral Penal.
Analizar jurídicamente la estructura normativa del artículo Art. 177.- Actos de odio. En
referencia sobre la etnia, lugar de nacimiento, ideología y condición socioeconómica, para saber diferenciar entre un acto de odio y discriminación con la reparación integral de la
víctima.
Este artículo científico se basa en el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo porque se
analizaron los fundamentos de derecho las normativas, las doctrinas, las teorías de la base
penal de la legislación ecuatoriana, para saber diferenciar entre un acto de odio y
discriminación y con la reparación integral de la víctima.
El artículo científico, tendrá un alto nivel de investigación explicativo porque
realizaremos un análisis jurídico doctrinario, de la diferenciación entre un acto de odio y
de discriminación.

The present investigation will be carried out documentary work since, for the elaboration
