| dc.description | The general objective of this project was to prepare a social participation plan for women to improve the application of indigenous justice in the Angla community, April - July 2018. Within the first chapter it was possible to analyze that there are several concepts of indigenous justice, several writers have different notions of what is the indigenous justice as it is applied, the characteristics and under what circumstances it is applied as stated in Article 171 of the Constitution of Ecuador. In the second chapter the qualitative approach was used in conjunction with the methods: deductive, historical, synthetic, analytical and method of abstraction; The structured interview is used as an instrument, which is applied to the representatives of the council and inhabitants of the Angla community, as well as the bibliographic review addressed to the representatives of the parish GAD and the Angla community. In the third chapter the results of structured interviews and bibliographic source are analyzed, it is determined that women do not participate in the application of indigenous justice. In the fourth chapter of the validation of the results, the representatives of the parish GAD of the Angla community grant the approval and acceptance of the participation plan for the future of the community and the parish. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto tuvo como objetivo general elaborar un plan de participación social de las mujeres para la mejora de la aplicación de la justicia indígena en la comunidad Angla, abril - julio 2018. Dentro del primer capítulo se pudo analizar que existen varios conceptos de justicia indígena, varios tratadistas tienen nociones diferentes de lo que es la justicia indígena como se lo aplica, las características y en qué circunstancias se la aplica conforme lo manifiesta el artículo 171 de la Constitución del Ecuador. En el segundo capítulo se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo conjuntamente con los métodos: deductivo, histórico, sintético, analítico y método de la abstracción; se utiliza como instrumentos a la entrevista estructurada el cual es aplicado a los representantes del cabildo y habitantes de la comunidad Angla, así como la revisión bibliográfica dirigido a los representantes del GAD parroquial y la comunidad Angla. En el tercer capítulo se analizan los resultados de las entrevistas estructuradas y fuente bibliográfica, se determina que la mujer no participa en la aplicación de la justicia indígena. En el capítulo cuarto de la validación de los resultados, los representantes del GAD parroquial de la comunidad Angla otorgan la aprobación y aceptación del plan de participación para el porvenir de la comunidad y la parroquia. | es_ES |
