Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación surge de la problemática en la comunicación que se establece entre docentes y estudiantes, para lo que se planteó como principal objetivo determinar los factores comunicacionales que afectan el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, para potenciarlos mediante una propuesta metodológica activa y participativa entre docentes y estudiantes del bachillerato general unificado de la Unidad Educativa “Valle del Chota”. Para elaborar el soporte teórico se incluyó un estudio de tipo documental, con enfoque metodológico cuantitativo que permitió recolectar datos para conocer la situación comunicativa en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje que efectúan los docentes y estudiantes del bachillerato. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta aplicada a estudiantes y docentes, el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario, que se aplicó a 207 estudiantes y 31 docentes. Los resultados obtenidos reflejaron que la comunicación en el contexto educativo no es la adecuada, y que se debería mejorarla, ya que las acciones de enseñanza que efectúan los docentes no siempre promueven la interacción y el diálogo para favorecer los aprendizajes satisfactorios en los estudiantes, y fortalecer las relaciones socioeducativas e interpersonales. Se concluye que la comunicación en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje es considerada el medio esencial para transmitir el mensaje, el cual debe efectuarse con la mayor claridad y objetividad, permitiendo al estudiante asumir el conocimiento de forma apropiada. Al final de la investigación, se propone estrategias de comunicación que pueden utilizar los docentes en su interacción con los estudiantes para mejorar el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje.
ABSTRACT This research work starts from the problem of the incidence of communication factors between teachers and students in the teaching-learning process. To this end, the main objective was to determine the communication factors that contribute to the teaching and learning process, in order to enhance them through an active and participatory methodological proposal among teachers and students of the unified general baccalaureate of the “Valle del Chota” Educational Unit. The problem was to conduct a bibliographic research process in different sources related to the subject of study. In addition, a quantitative methodological approach was used to collect data on the communicative situation in the teaching and learning process carried out by teachers and students at the baccalaureate level. The data collection technique was the survey applied to students and teachers. The questionnaire was the same one applied to 207 students and 31 teachers of the U. E. “Valle del Chota.” The results showed that communication in the educational context is not adequate and should improve, since the teaching actions carried out by teachers do not always promote interaction and dialogue to promote or generate satisfactory learning in students and strengthen socio-educational and interpersonal relationships. In conclusion, we can point out that communication in the teaching and learning process is considered the essential means to transmit the message, which must be carried out as clearly and objectively as possible, allowing the student to assume knowledge in an appropriate way. The aim of this research is to propose communication strategies that teachers can use in their interaction with students, to improve the teaching-learning process.
