Resumen
El presente estudio propone un modelo de gestión administrativa para la Organización de Bordadoras y Artesanos de Zuleta (OBAZ), que se encuentra ubicado en Ecuador, provincia de Imbabura, Cantón Ibarra, Parroquia de Angochagua, comunidad de Zuleta. La metodología partió de un enfoque mixto, combinando aspectos cualitativos y cuantitativos; de tipo descriptivo, campo y bibliográfico, se recurrió a la información secundaria de libros, documentos, bases de datos, revistas y documentos que sustentaron la importancia de un modelo de gestión. Las técnicas de investigación fueron, encuesta dirigida a los socios y entrevista al personal administrativo. Los resultados develaron debilidades en el manejo administrativo y carencia de un modelo de gestión. Se elaboró un modelo de gestión administrativo que establece la filosofía organizacional como misión, visión, objetivos, valores, estructura organizacional, manual de funciones, evaluación de factores internos y externos, cruce estratégico y el cuadro de mando integral. Se llegó a concluir que la organización tiene debilidades relacionadas al manejo estratégico, siendo necesario aplicar acciones de mejora para proyectar a la organización a la sostenibilidad.
This study proposes an administrative management model for the Organization of Embroiderers and Artisans of Zuleta (OBAZ), which is located in Ecuador, Imbabura province, Ibarra Canton, Angochagua Parish, Zuleta community. The methodology started from a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative aspects; of a descriptive, field and bibliographic type, secondary information from books, documents, databases, magazines and documents that supported the importance of a management model implementation at the organization. The research techniques were a survey addressed to the partners and an interview with the administrative staff. The results revealed weaknesses in the administrative management and lack of a management model. An administrative management model was developed that establishes the organizational philosophy as mission, vision, objectives, values, organizational structure, functions manual, evaluation of internal and external factors, strategic intersection and the balanced scorecard. It was concluded that the organization has weaknesses related to management, and it is necessary to apply improvement actions to promote sustainability for the organization.
