Estrategia lúdica para el fortalecimiento de las relaciones interpersonales de estudiantes de básica media

Resumen
En la Unidad Educativa “Ulpiano Navarro”, se evidencia la falta de aplicación de estrategias lúdicas por los docentes de básica media; y se observa dificultades en las relaciones entre los alumnos de este nivel. Para analizar este problema se planteó el objetivo de diseñar una estrategia lúdica que fortalezca las relaciones interpersonales de los estudiantes; cuya justificación es contar con un ambiente de convivencia armónico para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje. La investigación fue mixta, descriptiva, de campo – transeccional. La población de estudio fue de 120 alumnos y 12 docentes de quinto a séptimo año, seleccionados por muestreo intencional. Para recopilar la información del uso de estrategias didácticas y el estado de las relaciones interpersonales se utilizaron cuestionarios con 15 preguntas para los docentes y 12 para el estudiantado, los cuales fueron validados por expertos, y la confiablidad se comprobó con el alfa de Cronbach; además, se entrevistó a la autoridad de la unidad educativa. Los principales resultados determinan que existe el uso limitado de actividades dinámicas; pero, su utilización, podría ayudar a mejorar el aprendizaje y la convivencia en el aula. Se estableció que la convivencia de los alumnos es aceptable; pero, se presentan conflictos, deficiencias en la comunicación, falta de confianza, y apoyo entre los escolares. Finalmente, se diseñó una propuesta para solucionar el problema, la cual es una estrategia lúdica para cada asignatura; la cual, debe ser socializada a los maestros de la institución educativa y otras del sector.
ABSTRACT In the "Ulpiano Navarro" Educational Unit, there is evidence of the lack of application of playful strategies by the middle school teachers; and difficulties are observed in the relationships among the students of this level. To analyze this problem, the objective was to design a playful strategy that strengthens the interpersonal relationships of the students; whose justification is to have a harmonious coexistence environment to improve the teaching-learning process. The research was mixed, descriptive, field - transactional. The study population consisted of 120 students and twelve teachers from fifth to seventh grade, selected by intentional sampling. To collect information on the use of didactic strategies and the state of interpersonal relationships, questionnaires with fifteen questions for teachers and twelve for students were used, which were validated by experts, and reliability was checked with Cronbach's alpha; in addition, the authority of the educational unit was interviewed. The main results determine that there is limited use of dynamic activities; however, their use could help to improve learning and coexistence in the classroom. It was established that the coexistence of the students is acceptable; however, there are conflicts, deficiencies in communication, lack of trust and support among the students. Finally, a proposal was designed to solve the problem, which is a playful strategy for each subject, which should be socialized to the teachers of the educational institution and others in the sector.
