Terapia para adolescentes infractores en la rehabilitación y reinserción social.

Abstract

Las intervenciones psicológicas terapéuticas en adolescentes infractores son trascendentales para la rehabilitación y reinserción social, tomado en consideración que a temprana edad empiezan a delinquir sin imaginar las consecuencias que sus desacertadas decisiones acarrean, en diversas ocasiones lo hacen influenciados por amistades que no son aptas para su edad, ya que lo toman como un juego o reto, en este caso el objetivo terapéutico es ayudar a entender las consecuencias de sus acciones equivocadas promoviendo la empatía hacia las víctimas y fomentando la responsabilidad de sus actos cometidos sea cual fuese la razón. Para lograra una verdadera rehabilitación y reinserción se deben utilizar intervenciones terapéuticas como: terapia cognitiva, conductual, terapia familiar, en grupo y terapia de aceptación y compromiso a fin de identificar y abordar los problemas subyacentes previniendo comportamientos delictivos a futuro, el propósito de plantear este proyecto que identifica patrones disfuncionales y mejorar la comunicación en las relaciones intrafamiliares, con la colaboración de psicólogos, terapeutas y trabajadores sociales, que proporcionen un enfoque integral para la reinserción social del adolescente infractor centrándose en el desarrollo de habilidades sociales, emocionales y de resolución de conflictos con la intención de que se adapten a su entorno social fructífero.

Therapeutic psychological interventions in adolescent offenders are transcendental for rehabilitation and social reintegration, taking into consideration that at an early age they begin to commit crimes without imagining the consequences that their wrong decisions entail, on various occasions they do so influenced by friends who are not suitable for their age, since they take it as a game or challenge, in this case the therapeutic objective is to help discern the consequences of their wrong actions, promoting empathy towards the victims and encouraging responsibility for their acts committed regardless of the reason. To achieve true rehabilitation and reintegration we must use therapeutic interventions such as: cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy in order to identify and address underlying problems, preventing future criminal behavior, the purpose of proposing this project. It is to identify dysfunctional patterns and improve communication in intra-family relationships, with the collaboration of psychologists, therapists and social workers that provide us with a comprehensive approach for the social reintegration of the adolescent offender, focusing on the development of social, emotional and resolution skills. of conflicts with the intention of adapting them to their fruitful social environment
