Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetividad analizar, si la aplicación de la malla curricular de educación física, a los y las niñas con discapacidad física en el cantón Otavalo, los Niños con discapacidad física de la ciudad de Otavalo, comprendidos entre los 8 y 10 años, conforman una población vulnerable. Esta es una importante responsabilidad del Estado y de sus cuidadores, quienes tienen la tarea de proporcionarles una educación y formación digna y una óptima calidad de vida, el desafío de este estudio es sintetizar, a partir de la descripción del pensum y temario de Educación Física, en cumplimiento de su malla, que alternativas recreativas de integración en el mismo marco teórico práctico, son definidas como aprendizaje satisfactorio definido en la evaluación del curriculum estatal, para ello, se explica la base teórica sobre la inclusión educativa, a la niñez con discapacidad física, desde diversas escuelas teóricas, con datos estadísticos, análisis de cuestionarios definidos a profesores, sobre esta población en el sector educativo público, a partir de esta tarea, se presenta el análisis de los derechos reconocidos para este grupo poblacional, así como la identificación de las formas en que la educación altera ciertos derechos, interpretando la información asociada a la calidad de vida y autonomía de este grupo poblacional.
ABSTRACT The objectivity of this paper is to analyze whether the application of the physical education curriculum to girls and boys with physical disabilities in the Otavalo canton, Children with physical disabilities in the city of Otavalo, between the ages of 8 and 10 years, make up a vulnerable population. This is an important responsibility of the State and their caregivers, who have the task of providing them with decent education and training and an optimal quality of life. The challenge of this study is to synthesize, from the description of the Physical Education curriculum and agenda , in compliance with its mesh, that recreational integration alternatives in the same practical theoretical framework, are defined as satisfactory learning defined in the evaluation of the state curriculum, for this, the theoretical basis on educational inclusion is explained, to children with disabilities physics, from various theoretical schools, with statistical data, analysis of questionnaires defined for teachers, about this population in the public education sector, from this task, the analysis of the rights recognized for this population group is presented, as well as the identification of the ways in which education alters certain rights, interpreting the information associated with the quality of life and autonomy of this population group.
