Balanced Scorecard Como Herramienta De Gestión Financiera Para La Empresa “Mernaho Flowers.”.

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolló en la Empresa Florícola “Mernaho Flowers”, ubicada en la Parroquia de Tocachi. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo establecer el Balanced Scorecard como herramienta de Gestión Financiera y empresarial para la toma de decisiones, que le permitirá desarrollar nuevas estrategias de negocios, para alcanzar un mejor nivel de competitividad en el mercado. Además, se identificaron las variables que se involucran en la investigación para desarrollar el marco teórico, por consiguiente, se realizó el análisis y diagnóstico situacional de la empresa con la utilización de la metodología de investigación en donde se aplicaron las técnicas e instrumentos necesarios, se logró recopilar la información suficiente acerca de la situación real de la organización. El planteamiento de la propuesta tuvo como finalidad desarrollar el direccionamiento estratégico; comprendiendo la definición de la filosofía empresarial, cadena de valor, los objetivos, estrategias y el Balanced Scorecard, herramienta de gestión importante que permite medir el logro de los resultados obtenidos por medio de la evaluación de cuatro perspectivas que ayudarán a fortalecer la imagen y posicionamiento, el contar con productos y servicios que mantengan los niveles de calidad y así incrementar la rentabilidad financiera y mantener un talento humano calificado para satisfacer las expectativas del cliente y crecer empresarialmenteThe present investigation is about the "Mernaho Flowers" Flower Company, located in Tocachi’s town. This work aims to establish the “Balanced Scorecard” as a Financial Management tool, which it will let to develop new business strategies, that said is to accomplish a better level of competitiveness in the market. In addition, the variables that are involved in the investigation were identified, to develop the theoretical framework, therefore, the analysis and situational diagnosis of the company was carried out with the use of the research methodology where the necessary techniques and instruments were applied. which, it was possible to collect sufficient information about the real situation of the organization. The approach of the proposal had the purpose of developing the strategic direction; understanding the definition of the business philosophy, value’s chain, business’s objectives, market strategies and the Balanced Scorecard; important management tool that allows measuring the achievement of the results obtained through the evaluation of four perspectives; that will help support the image and position, have products and services that maintain quality levels and thus increase financial profitability and preserve a qualified human resource to meet customer’s expectations and business’s grow.
