Resumen
Las TIC’S y el constante desenvolvimiento de las nuevas generaciones en ellas, ha ocasionado una necesidad de cambio en los estudiantes de todos los niveles educativos, este cambio propone nuevos desafíos en el desarrollo de estrategias de vanguardia basadas en la creatividad e innovación, generando con esto un nuevo escenario que rompe con el paradigma tradicional que cotidianamente los docentes se ven en la obligación de innovar para cumplir las expectativas de aprendizaje de quienes se encuentran en proceso de formación, en el siguiente estudio se observó la falta de creatividad en los docentes en el proceso de planificación de las clases de ciencias sociales, lo que crea desmotivación en los estudiantes, El objetivo del presente estudio de investigación planteado es establecer la importancia del uso de las metodologías activas de aprendizaje para el desarrollo óptimo de la creatividad de los docentes del área de Ciencias Sociales de la Unidad Educativa “San Felipe Neri”. El enfoque de investigación fue cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo, utilizando encuestas, observación de campo, entrevistas, basada en la necesidad de implementar las
metodologías activas en el área de Ciencias Sociales, con la recopilación, tabulación y análisis cuantitativo de datos; se pudo comprobar que los docentes han recibido capacitaciones por parte de las autoridades educativas, pero no cuentan con una guía específica para la implementación de nuevas estrategias; por su parte, el 100% de los estudiantes consideran que es necesario hacer uso de las TIC’S en el proceso de aprendizaje, de la misma manera se establecido una conciencia plena por parte de los docentes en innovar a través de la creatividad como eje fundamental y como soporte de la TIC’S, las cuales son necesarias en el mundo laboral actual.
Abstract The TIC'S and the constant development of the new generations in them, has caused a need for change in students of all educational levels, this change proposes new challenges in the development of cutting-edge strategies based on creativity and innovation, generating with this a new scenario that breaks with the traditional paradigm that teachers are forced to innovate on a daily basis to meet the learning expectations of those who are in the training process, in the following study the lack of creativity was observed in teachers in the planning process of social science classes, which creates demotivation in students, The objective of this research study is to establish the importance of the use of active learning methodologies for the optimal development of creativity of teachers in the area of Social Sciences of the “Unidad Educativa San Felipe Neri”. The research approach was quantitative, at a descriptive level, using surveys, field observation, interviews, based on the need to implement active methodologies in the area of Social Sciences, with the collection, tabulation, and quantitative analysis of data; It was possible to verify that teachers have received training from the educational authorities, but they do not have a specific guide for the implementation of new strategies; On the other hand, 100% of the students consider that it is necessary to make use of ICTs in the learning process, in the same way a full awareness was established on the part of teachers in innovating through creativity as a fundamental axis and as a support for ICTs, which are necessary in today's world of work.
