Estrategias y técnicas didácticas con enfoque intercultural para mejorar la gestión docente

Resumen
La presente investigación propondrá un conjunto de Estrategias y Técnicas Didácticas para perfeccionar el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje con enfoque intercultural en Bachillerato General Unificado de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal “24 de Julio” con la finalidad de mejorar la gestión docente durante el año lectivo 2022-2023. La carencia de estrategias y técnicas didácticas dentro del aula, desencadena la falta de interés y desmotivan a los estudiantes en el desempeño académico. La investigación es de carácter cualitativo; de tipo descriptiva, ya que el propósito será dar a conocer las características de las estrategias, técnicas didácticas con enfoque intercultural, que incluyan la diversidad existente dentro de la institución. Será documental y los instrumentos que se utilizarán para la recolección de información son cuestionarios con escala tipo Likert, aplicados a la población de cincuenta docentes, ciento cincuenta estudiantes con un muestreo simple. Las conclusiones determinarán que existen limitados recursos didácticos que contribuyan a fortalecer la interculturalidad y pertinencia local, por lo cual se dará a conocer una serie de estrategias y técnicas didácticas que respondan a las necesidades de los distintos grupos de estudiantes, que conforman los diversos pueblos o nacionalidades.
ABSTRACT The present investigation will propose a set of Didactic Strategies and Techniques to improve the teaching-learning process with an intercultural approach in the Unified General Baccalaureate of the Fiscal Educational Unit "24 de Julio" with the purpose of improving teaching management during the 2022 school year. 2023. The lack of didactic strategies and techniques in the classroom triggers a lack of interest and demotivates students in their academic performance. The research is of a qualitative nature; of a descriptive type, since the purpose will be to present the characteristics of the strategies, didactic techniques with an intercultural approach, which include the existing diversity within the institution. It will be documentary and the instruments that will be used for the collection of information are questionnaires with a Likert-type scale, applied to the population of fifty teachers, one hundred and fifty students with a simple sample. The conclusions will determine that there are limited didactic resources that contribute to strengthening interculturality and local relevance, for which a series of didactic strategies and techniques will be made known that respond to the needs of the different groups of students, who make up the various towns or nationalities.
