Resumen
Modelo de gestión para la internacionalización de alpargatas “ZARUNA” a EspañaMadrid, periodo 2024-2027. La implementación de un modelo de gestión a permitido en primera instancia conocer sobre los objetivos de las gestiones empresariales adaptada a la microempresa Zaruna. El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como propósito expandirse a mercados internacionales y posicionar la marca en el mercado extranjero como un nuevo estilo de vestimenta provenientes de la cultura otavaleña, esta microempresa hoy en día busca ingresar el producto de Alpargatas en el mercado europeo con la finalidad de generar un reconocimiento de la marca, diseñando un modelo de organización que gestione el proceso de elaboración de alpargatas hasta la entrega al consumidor del país a comercializar. Se ha utilizado un diseño metodológico de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo, aplicando técnicas de entrevista para la recolección de datos mediante una investigación de campo, además, se utiliza en los instrumentos cuantitativos se utiliza la encuesta como método de recolección de datos con escalamiento tipo Likert, con el propósito de efectuar la viabilidad de una internacionalización. Mediante estos métodos se ha llegado a realizar una propuesta de internacionalizar la microempresa Zaruna, mediante un exhaustivo estudio se busca analizar y comprender las necesidades de Zaruna y poder generar una exportación del producto a los mercados europeos, analizando campos tantos políticos, económicos, culturales del país estudiado. Además, esta investigación aporta conocimiento en materia de comercio exterior sobre las regulaciones y el procedimiento que se debe realizar para comercializar productos en mercados extranjero. En conclusión, esta investigación ha permitido desarrollar un modelo de gestión eficaz para la internacionalización de Zaruna, facilitando a la expansión de la microempresa en el mercado europeo y promoviendo su integración en el sector de la moda en España
ABSTRACT Management model for the internationalization of “ZARUNA” espadrilles to SpainMadrid, period 2024-2027. The implementation of a management model has allowed in the first instance to know about the objectives of business management adapted to the Zaruna microenterprise. The purpose of this research work is to expand to international markets and position the brand in the foreign market as a new style of clothing from the Otavaleña culture. This microenterprise today seeks to enter the Alpargatas product in the European market in order to generate brand recognition, designing an organizational model that manages practices from the beginning to reach the consumer. A qualitative and quantitative methodological design has been used, applying interview techniques for data collection through field research, in addition, the survey is used in the quantitative instruments as a data collection method with Likert-type scaling, with the purpose of carrying out the viability of internationalization. Using these methods, a proposal has been made to internationalize the microenterprise Zaruna. Through an exhaustive study, the needs of Zaruna have been understood and the export of the product to European markets has been made, analyzing political, economic and cultural fields of the country studied. In addition, this research provides knowledge in foreign trade on the regulations and the procedure that must be followed to market products in foreign markets. In conclusion, this research has allowed the development of an effective management model for the internationalization of Zaruna, facilitating the expansion of the microenterprise in the European market and promoting its integration in the fashion sector in Spain.
