Resumen
En la actualidad, uno de los temas más investigados es en el ámbito educativo, lo que ha llevado a importantes transformaciones, en mayoría destinadas a satisfacer las necesidades y ventajas de los estudiantes más vulnerables. En la era globalizada y tecnológica actual, el sector educativo en todas sus etapas ha logrado un mejor desempeño para todos los involucrados. En este contexto, abordar la discapacidad auditiva en el entorno escolar se convierte en una realidad que requiere que los docentes, las instituciones y el ambiente brinden un espacio moderno e idóneo para el desarrollo académico. Esto, a su vez, debe permitir abordar los desafíos prácticos que se presentan a diario en la vida de los niños (Rodríguez y Tamayo, 2019). En este escenario, se nota un creciente interés de la juventud por aprender a comunicarse con las personas sordas. No obstante, es evidente que existe un desconocimiento técnico de la discapacidad auditiva. Por lo tanto, el enfoque de este problema en el entorno escolar se realiza mediante la recopilación de diversos artículos en los que se destacan el análisis del contexto y la fundamentación teórica. Además, de resaltar los aspectos positivos y negativos de comprender la discapacidad auditiva en el ámbito social, escolar y familiar (Vélez-Latorre y Manjarrés-Carrizalez, 2020).
ABSTRACT Currently, one of the most researched topics is in the educational field, which has led to important transformations, mostly aimed at meeting the needs and advantages of the most vulnerable students. In today's globalized and technological era, the educational sector at all its stages has achieved better performance for all those involved. In this context, addressing hearing impairment in the school environment becomes a reality that requires teachers, institutions and the environment to provide a modern and ideal space for academic development. This, in turn, should make it possible to address the practical challenges that arise daily in children's lives (Rodríguez and Tamayo, 2019). In this scenario, there is a growing interest among youth in learning to communicate with deaf people. However, it is evident that there is a technical lack of knowledge of hearing impairment. Therefore, the approach to this problem in the school environment is carried out through the compilation of various articles in which the analysis of the context and the theoretical foundation stand out. In addition, to highlight the positive and negative aspects of understanding hearing disability in the social, school and family sphere (Vélez-Latorre and Manjarrés-Carrizalez, 2020).
