During pre-professional internships, low class participation has been observed, which significantly affects learning. This student disposition is attributed to the predominant use of traditional methods and the scarcity of dynamic activities. In this context, the present work aims to design a guide of didactic strategies to encourage the active participation of fifth year students at the Guillermo Garzón Ubidia School. Specifically, a flexible guide is proposed that allows teachers to select and apply, according to their criteria and convenience, practical and collaborative activities aimed at promoting active, inclusive and motivating learning This proposal not only considers activities that promote the development of cognitive and socioemotional skills, but also, given the predominance of indigenous children in the context investigated, intercultural activities have been developed that allow them to connect what they have learned with their own traditions and strengthen their identity. In addition, to ensure equitable and inclusive learning, activities adapted to the different subjects, such as Language and Literature, Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Social Studies, have been developed, using games and practical dynamics that enhance reasoning and teamwork. The proposal seeks to transform the learning environment through active and participatory methods, based on research that highlights the importance of interaction between teachers and students, and promoting progressive changes through training and spaces for dialogue, with the flexibility necessary for each teacher to adapt the strategies to their needs and context.
