Resumen
Las actividades de importación y exportación son elementos fundamentales dentro del comercio exterior ya que permiten comercializar bienes y servicios de distintas partes del mundo satisfaciendo necesidades de los consumidores, además, da la oportunidad a empresas y microempresas de acceder a nuevos mercados, generar oportunidades de crecimiento y fortalecer su economía al incrementar su rentabilidad. En este contexto, el presente Plan de exportación de rosas hacia Miami – USA, para el incremento de la rentabilidad, microempresa JOMLAT ROSES, año 2025, tiene por objetivo diseñar un plan de exportación que le otorgue a la microempresa adentrarse en el mercado internacional de flores aprovechando la demanda y dinamismo que tiene el producto en el mercado objetivo. Este plan contempla el análisis del mercado a través de herramientas e instrumentos de investigación desarrollados por la investigadora, identifica oportunidades en el mercado de destino, establece costos de producción y exportación para que a largo plazo se puedan optimizar los procesos. Con la implementación de este plan de exportación la microempresa busca vender sus rosas directamente para tener acceso a precios internacionales e incrementar su rentabilidad para así mejorar su competitividad y expandir sus operaciones.
Import and export activities are fundamental elements of international trade, as they allow goods and services from different parts of the world to be commercialized, meeting consumer needs. Additionally, they provide companies and microenterprises with the opportunity to access new markets, create growth opportunities, and strengthen their economy by increasing profitability. In this context, the present Export Plan of Roses to Miami, USA, for the Increase of Profitability of the microenterprise JOMLAT ROSES, year 2025, aims to design an export plan that will enable the microenterprise to enter the international flower market, taking advantage of the demand and dynamism that the product has in the target market. This plan includes market analysis through research tools and instruments developed by the researcher, identifies opportunities in the destination market, and establishes production and export costs to optimize processes in the long term. By implementing this export plan, the microenterprise seeks to sell its roses directly in order to gain access to international prices, increase its profitability, and thus improve its competitiveness and expand its operations.
