Resumen
El estudio surge por los comportamientos disruptivos que se presentan en el aula, como la agresión física, no seguir reglas, no respetar la autoridad y no estar muy motivado para aprender. El objetivo general de este estudio fue analizar la técnica de economía de fichas como estrategias de intervención para la regulación conductual en el aula. La metodología corresponde a un enfoque cualitativo, con un diseño descriptivo y de revisión sistemática, lo que permitió identificar los fundamentos teóricos y las aplicaciones prácticas de la economía de fichas en el ámbito escolar. Los resultados evidencian que esta técnica debe implementarse de manera estructurada, lo que incluye elegir comportamientos específicos, definir recompensas, utilizar el refuerzo de inmediato, realizar un seguimiento del comportamiento constantemente. La economía de fichas no solo redujo significativamente los comportamientos inadecuados, sino que también aumentó la participación activa, el respeto a las normas, el autocontrol emocional y la motivación de los estudiantes. En conclusión, la economía de fichas se consolida como una estrategia pedagógica eficaz para promover una convivencia armónica y un entorno de aprendizaje positivo. Se recomienda que se utilice en las escuelas como una estrategia eficaz de modificación del comportamiento, siempre que se planifique cuidadosamente y se combine con un seguimiento constante y una retroalimentación positiva.
The study arose from disruptive behaviors occurring in the classroom, such as physical aggression, failure to follow rules, disrespect for authority, and a lack of motivation to learn. The overall objective of this study was to analyze the token economy technique as an intervention strategy for behavioral regulation in the classroom. The methodology used a qualitative approach, with a descriptive design and a literature review, which allowed for the identification of the theoretical foundations and practical applications of the token economy in the school setting. The results show that this technique should be implemented in a structured manner, which includes choosing specific behaviors, defining rewards, using immediate reinforcement, and constantly monitoring behavior. The token economy not only significantly reduced inappropriate behaviors but also increased active participation, adherence to rules, emotional self-control, and student motivation. In conclusion, the token economy is established as an effective pedagogical strategy for promoting harmonious coexistence and a positive learning environment. It is recommended that it be used in schools as an effective behavior modification strategy, provided it is carefully planned and combined with consistent monitoring and positive feedback
