Guía Didáctica para el Fomento de Ética y Valores desde la Práctica Educativa.

Resumen
Esta investigación propone el diseño de una guía didáctica que contenga estrategias para fomentar la práctica de ética y valores en el ámbito educativo, independientemente del área de conocimiento. Para la construcción de esta guía, su fundamento se basó en los resultados del proyecto de investigación “Análisis de los valores y la ética docente en la enseñanza” en el cantón Otavalo, donde a través de la técnica de historias de vida se pudo identificar que los docentes enfrentan desafíos al enseñar valores. La metodología adoptó un enfoque cualitativo y hermenéutico narrativo, ya que luego de analizar las 47 historias de vida de docentes recopiladas en el estudio inicialmente indicado, se identificaron patrones comunes en su práctica pedagógica. Estos resultados revelaron que el 87 % de los docentes consideran que los valores como la empatía y el respeto son fundamentales en su labor y tratan de promoverlos en el aula, mientras que el 66 % enfrentó algún tipo de dilema ético relacionado con la equidad e integridad mientras desarrolla su clase. Con estos resultados y otros factores asociados, tales como investigaciones y documentos oficiales relacionados, se propone la construcción de una guía didáctica que responda a las necesidades detectadas en el grupo de docentes entrevistados y que permita brindar orientaciones sobre cómo fomentar la ética y los valores de manera práctica, asertiva e inclusiva.
This research proposes the design of a teaching guide containing strategies to promote the practice of ethics and values in the educational field, regardless of the area of knowledge. The foundation for the construction of this guide was based on the results of the research project "Analysis of Values and Teaching Ethics in Teaching" in the Otavalo canton, where, through the life story technique, it was possible to identify that teachers face challenges when teaching values. The methodology adopted a qualitative and narrative hermeneutic approach. After analyzing the 47 life stories of teachers collected in the initially indicated study, common patterns in their pedagogical practice were identified. These results revealed that 87% of teachers consider values such as empathy and respect to be fundamental to their work and try to promote them in the classroom, while 66% faced some type of ethical dilemma related to equity and integrity while teaching. With these results and other associated factors, such as related research and official documents, we propose developing a teaching guide that addresses the needs identified in the group of teachers interviewed and provides guidance on how to foster ethics and values in a practical, assertive, and inclusive manner.
