Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo se realizó con el fin de determinar la incidencia del clima social familiar en la promoción de los valores de convivencia escolar para una cultura de paz en los estudiantes de 7mo año EGB de la U.E. Alberto Enríquez de la ciudad de Atuntaqui. El diseño de la investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y el método fue hipotético deductivo porque se partió de diferentes generalidades teóricas según las variables de estudio. La población estuvo conformada por 182 estudiantes, 14 docentes y 182 padres de familia de la institución educativa. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, con la aplicación de tres cuestionarios dirigidos a los estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia. Entre los resultados se obtuvo que existen situaciones que reflejan actitudes no deseadas por los estudiantes, se encontraron niveles bajos en solidaridad y apoyo entre estudiantes y el poco compromiso de los docentes en contribuir en el desarrollo académico de los alumnos. A través del estudio realizado se pudo evidenciar que los docentes tienen dificultad en cuanto a interacción con alumnos de diferentes culturas y diversidad. Finalmente, los resultados de la propuesta serán docentes y estudiantes más comprometidos con su desarrollo, bienestar social y académico, a través de la implementación de actividades innovadoras para la promoción de valores de convivencia escolar.
ABSTRACT The present investigative work was carried out in order to determine the incidence of the family social climate in the promotion of the values of school coexistence for a culture of peace in the students of 7th year EGB of the U.E. Alberto Enríquez from the city of Atuntaqui. The research design had a quantitative, descriptive approach and the method was hypothetical deductive because it started from different theoretical generalities according to the study variables. The population consisted of 182 students, 14 teachers and 182 parents of the educational institution. The technique used for data collection was the survey, with the application of three questionnaires addressed to students, teachers and parents. Among the results, it was obtained that there are situations that reflect unwanted attitudes by the students, low levels of solidarity and support among students were found, and the little commitment of teachers to contribute to the academic development of students. Through the study carried out, it was possible to show that teachers have difficulty in interacting with students of different cultures and diversity. Finally, the results of the proposal will be teachers and students more committed to their development, social and academic well-being, through the implementation of innovative activities to promote school coexistence values.
