RESUMEN
El presente artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la influencia del Facebook en la escritura de los estudiantes del Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa José Pedro Maldonado Duque, mediante el desarrollo de la investigación descriptiva dirigida a los actores de la comunidad educativa, para motivar a los estudiantes a cumplir con las normas gramaticales, el adecuado léxico en el proceso comunicativo. La problemática encontrada se extiende a causa del uso frecuente de las redes sociales en especial el Facebook en los jóvenes para su comunicación, que ha generado cambios significativos en la escritura, realizando modificaciones gramaticales a nuestro idioma, incidiendo negativamente en el desarrollo de redacción en las actividades académicas. La investigación se desarrolló con un enfoque cuantitativo, el nivel de investigación fue descriptiva y explicativa, que permitió describir el contexto educativo y la verificación de alteraciones producidas en la redacción de los textos. La aplicación de la
entrevista y encuesta como instrumentos de recolección de datos permitió obtener resultados estadísticos y críticos, el 89% de la población estudiantil usa abreviaturas y emoticones en su lenguaje escrito y la aseveración por parte de las autoridades donde esta problemática se ve afectada en el rendimiento escolar. Como conclusión el uso incorrecto de la escritura en Facebook refleja una repercusión en la redacción académica, por lo tanto, es necesario concientizar su uso, como herramienta del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
ABSTRACT The objective of this article is to analyze the influence of Facebook on the writing of the students of the Baccalaureate of the José Pedro Maldonado Duque Educational Unit, through the development of descriptive research aimed at the actors of the educational community, to motivate students to Comply with grammatical rules, the appropriate vocabulary in the communicative process. The problem found is extended due to the frequent use of social networks, especially Facebook in young people for their communication, which has generated significant changes in writing, making grammatical modifications to our language, negatively affecting the development of writing in the academic activities. The research was developed with a quantitative approach, the level of research was descriptive and explanatory, which allowed describing the educational context and the verification of alterations produced in the writing of the texts. The application of the interview and survey as data collection instruments allowed to obtain statistical and critical results, 89% of the student population uses abbreviations and emoticons in their written language and the assertion by the authorities where this problem is affected in school performance. In conclusion, the incorrect use of writing on Facebook reflects an impact on academic writing, therefore, it is necessary to raise awareness of its use, as a tool in the teaching-learning process.
