Resumen
Se presenta el siguiente estudio que tiene como objetivo general proponer estrategias educativas para la paz en Instituciones educativas guardianas de los saberes del pueblo Afroecuatoriano de la Frontera Norte de la Provincia de Esmeraldas año 2022-2023, la cual obedece a la problemática relacionada a la existencia de insuficientes estrategias para que las instituciones educativas puedan desarrollar procesos de convivencias pacificas en espacios diversos, que se evidencian tanto en el aula de clase como dentro del diario vivir de las comunidades. La metodología utilizada es cualitativa, con el uso del método etnográfico, desarrollando un abordaje a las instituciones educativas guardianes de los saberes del pueblo Afroecuatoriano de la Frontera Norte de la Provincia de Esmeraldas. Los principales resultados revelan la existencia de conocimientos y prácticas positivas respecto a los fundamentos de la etnoeducación afroecuatoriana en docentes y estudiantes. Igualmente, se revelan necesidades de construcción de una sociedad más justa e igualitaria, sin discriminación, sin violencia, que rescate los valores ancestrales y la memoria colectiva. Se establecen las estrategias para una educación para la paz, basada en los principios de no violencia, construcción colectiva del conocimiento, aprender haciendo, diálogo de saberes, convivencia pacífica, igualdad, reconocimiento del otro, solidaridad, reciprocidad, interdependencia, respeto a la madre tierra y al cosmos.
ABSTRACT The following study is presented with the general objective of proposing educational strategies for peace in educational institutions guardians of the knowledge of the Afro-Ecuadorian people of the Northern Border of the Province of Esmeraldas for the year 2022-2023, which obeys the problems related to the existence of insufficient strategies so that educational institutions can develop processes of peaceful coexistence in diverse spaces, which are evident both in the classroom and within the daily life of the communities. The methodology used is qualitative, with the use of the ethnographic method, developing an approach to the educational institutions guardians of the knowledge of the Afro-Ecuadorian people of the Northern Border of the Province of Esmeraldas. The main results reveal the existence of knowledge and positive practices regarding the foundations of Afro-Ecuadorian ethno-education in teachers and students. Likewise, the construction needs of a more just and egalitarian society are revealed, without discrimination, without violence, that rescues ancestral values and collective memory. Strategies for an education for peace are established, based on the principles of non-violence, collective construction of knowledge, learning by doing, dialogue of knowledge, peaceful coexistence, equality, recognition of the other, solidarity, reciprocity, interdependence, respect for the mother earth and the cosmos.
