Factores socioeducativos y el nivel de integración de los NNA migrantes al sistema educativo ecuatoriano

Resumen
El estudio establece la situación actual de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes (NNA) migrantes venezolanos que son acogidos en los diferentes centros de desarrollo comunitario de la fundación AVSI de Quito. El principal objetivo fue identificar la problemática de la integración educativa de los NNA. La investigación inició con la elaboración del soporte teórico y estudio de arte. El enfoque de investigación fue cuantitativo, exploratoria – descriptiva; para recopilar información, se aplicó encuestas participativas a los padres de familia de los NNA. El cuestionario estuvo estructurado por 23 preguntas en la escala Likert, con las que se indagaron: la situación personal - familiar, socio – educativa. Para complementar el estudio, los resultados de la encuesta se socializaron a través de foros, charlas con los migrantes y sus hijos, quienes corroboraron los problemas que existen en la integración de los NNA migrantes venezolanos al sistema educativo ecuatoriano. Además, se logró reconocer problemas emocionales, económicos y laborales que afectan de manera significativa en este proceso de integración educativo. Los resultados finales determinan que los problemas finales se relacionan con la difícil adaptación y la falta de socialización e interacción con la comunidad ecuatoriana. Con respecto a lo socio - educativo, se enfatizó el desconocimiento de temas relacionados con la migración y adaptación curricular. Esta realidad busca medios o apoyo de organizaciones para regularizar los aprendizajes significativos, reforzando la motivación en talleres de enseñanza pedagógica acorde a las edades y brindar un ambiente agradable.
ABSTRACT The study establishes the current situation of Venezuelan migrant children and adolescents (NNA) who are welcomed in the different community development centers of the AVSI Foundation in Quito. The main objective was to identify the problems of educational integration of children and adolescents. The research began with the elaboration of the theoretical support and art study. The research approach was quantitative, exploratorydescriptive; to gather information, participatory surveys were applied to the parents of the children and adolescents. The questionnaire was structured by 23 questions on a Likert scale, with which the personal, family and socio-educational situation was investigated. To complement the study, the results of the survey were socialized through forums and talks with the migrants and their children, who corroborated the problems that exist in the integration of Venezuelan migrant children and adolescents into the Ecuadorian educational system. In addition, it was possible to recognize emotional, economic and labor problems that significantly affect this educational integration process. The final results determine that the final problems are related to the difficult adaptation and the lack of socialization and interaction with the Ecuadorian community. With respect to the socio-educational aspect, the lack of knowledge of issues related to migration and curricular adaptation was emphasized. This reality seeks means or support from organizations to regularize significant learning, reinforcing motivation in pedagogical teaching workshops according to age and providing a pleasant environment.
