Estrategias pedagógicas interculturales e inclusivas desde una mirada de la gestión docente en bachillerato general unificado y técnico

Resumen
La labor del docente cumple un papel fundamental en los avances inclusivos e interculturales en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en el nivel de Bachillerato. Sin embargo, en la Unidad Educativa Juan Emilio Murillo Landín de la Ciudad de Guayaquil, Distrito 09D04, Febres Cordero, persisten problemáticas vinculadas a la falta de acciones más efectivas en aspectos inclusivos e interculturales. Es por ello, que el objetivo general del estudio fue analizar las estrategias pedagógicas interculturales e inclusivas empleadas por los docentes en su gestión para mejorar su efectividad. Se empleó un diseño metodológico no experimental, con enfoque mixto, nivel descriptivo, tipo de campo. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron encuestas (docentes) y entrevistas (directivo y psicólogos - psicopedagogas). Los instrumentos de las técnicas fueron validados por expertos. El Alfa de Cronbach a la encuesta aplicada reflejo un índice de 0.98 que permitió indicar que el instrumento utilizado mantiene un alto nivel de confiabilidad. Los resultados de la investigación reflejaron desde la variable de gestión docentes que los profesores requieren formación en materia de educación inclusiva e intercultural. En relación a la variable de estrategias pedagógicas inclusivas e interculturales se presentan datos contradictorios, porque las encuestas arrojaron una aplicación en los más altos indicadores, mientras que en las entrevistas los consultados manifiestan que hay aspectos que mejorar. Se concluye proponer estrategias pedagógicas dirigidas a los docentes en materia inclusiva e intercultural para optimizar su gestión educativa.
Abstract The work of the teacher had a genuine role in the inclusive and intercultural advances in the teaching-learning process at the BGU level. However, In the city of Guayaquil, District 09D04, Febres Cordero, at Juan Emilio Murillo Landín, the problems persist related to the lack of more effective actions in inclusive and intercultural aspects. For this reason, the general objective was to analyze the intercultural and inclusive pedagogical strategies used by teachers in their management to improve their effectiveness. A non-experimental methodological design was used, with a mixed approach, descriptive level, and type of field. The techniques used were surveys (teachers) and interviews (principals and psychologists - educational psychologists). The instruments of the techniques were validated by experts. The Cronbach's Alpha to the applied survey reflected an index of 0.98 that allowed to indicate that the instrument used maintains a high level of reliability. The results of the research reflected the teacher's management variable that educators require training in inclusive and intercultural learning. On the other hand, the variable of inclusive and intercultural pedagogical strategies, presents contradictory data, because the surveys showed an application in the highest indicators, while in the interviews the respondents stated that there are aspects to improve. To conclude, it is necessary to propose pedagogical strategies aimed at teachers in inclusive and intercultural matters to optimize their educational management.
