This study addresses the issue of limited labor market integration for vulnerable groups; particularly working women and female heads of household; in the parish of Guayllabamba, located north of Quito. Using a social entrepreneurship approach, it poses the central question: How can the design of a business plan for the creation of an inclusive multipurpose restaurant with a social focus contribute to the labor inclusion of vulnerable groups, especially working women and female heads of household, while simultaneously promoting the local economy in Guayllabamba? The research is grounded in a theoretical framework encompassing concepts such as inclusive entrepreneurship, sustainability, socioeconomic inclusion, responsible consumption, and community-based tourism. It also integrates strategic planning tools, including SWOT and PESTEL analyses and the CANVAS methodology. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, involving surveys and interviews with local residents, as well as a documentary review of relevant literature, prior studies, and official statistics to ensure evidence-based strategic planning. The proposed business plan emerges as an innovative and coherent response aligned with the principles of sustainability, inclusion, and local development. It envisions a multipurpose restaurant that prioritizes the hiring of individuals in vulnerable conditions. Its implementation is expected to contribute not only to the economic revitalization of the parish but also to the generation of social capital and the establishment of a replicable business model with a purpose; committed to the common good and possessing the potential for structural transformation in rural contexts.
